Project Manager

BEL USA LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to drive projects that deliver measurable value for the organization. The role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, risks, governance, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional team execution throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and create mitigation strategies
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project objectives
• Monitor progress against plans, adjusting resources and priorities as needed
• Manage scope changes, ensuring proper impact analysis and stakeholder approval
• Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and updates
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across business, technical, and vendor teams
• Build and foster a collaborative team culture, motivating team members to achieve success
• Maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, reports, and lessons learned
• Track and report project performance metrics (cost, schedule, scope, and benefits realization)
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks impacting delivery
• Support project governance processes, including steering committees and stage gate reviews
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Ensure efficient use of resources, escalating capacity needs where necessary
• Partner with Finance and Portfolio/Program Managers on tracking benefits and ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar)
