Strong ability to collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders, with working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures. Experience in tolling/transportation or regulatory environments is highly desirable.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Gather and document business and system requirements for microservices, API workflows, and modernization efforts.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and other structured documentation.
Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and operational teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Facilitate clarification sessions to ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Use Azure DevOps Boards to manage backlog items and track progress.
Provide QA support as needed, focused on validating user stories and confirming acceptance criteria.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project leadership.
Required Skills
7+ years of business and system analysis experience.
Experience creating requirements for APIs and modernization initiatives.
