Finance Business Partner MicroE - Americas & EMEA

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is a global provider of high-tech filtration, separation, and purification solutions for life sciences and other industries. The Finance Business Partner will partner with sales leadership across the Americas and EMEA to support forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, financial modeling, and ad hoc analysis while identifying trends, variances, and opportunities to improve business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business (Region Americas and EMEA) to understand internal and external factors impacting orders, sales, and margins and implement opportunities to grow business performance
• Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, including pricing plans, sales incentive plans, financial modeling, pricing setting to drive business performance
• Support the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics/dashboards/reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities
• Support MicroE Global Finance team or Global Product Management team with standard financial reporting, pricing & capital and expenditure forecast/analysis

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of progressive experience with at least one similar role
• Experience partnering with business leaders to build sales and order forecasts/budgets is essential
• Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows are crucial
• highly analytical and intellectually curious, with an ability to understand how things work
• Emotionally intelligent with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• experience and ability to use technology effectively and efficiently, including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, Excel, Artificial Intelligence
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• A combination of progressive accounting and FP&A roles
