Senior Product Manager

W. L. Gore & Associates is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join its Cardiac team within Gore Medical. The Senior Product Manager will own product and brand P&L, develop regional commercialization and lifecycle strategies, conduct market and customer research, and serve as a regional product portfolio expert engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer, market, competitive, and journey research to identify target segments, buying drivers, market opportunities, unmet needs, demand/profitability potential, key product requirements, and favorable launch timing
• Develop and execute Americas regional product/brand strategies, including positioning, marketing themes, customer engagement plans, media channels, market development opportunities, and marketing materials aligned to target customer segments
• Manage product/brand performance and P&L, including budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI, market performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Develop commercialization strategies, including pricing, distribution, launch readiness, lifecycle growth, and, where applicable, licensing considerations
• Adapt global brand materials and marketing approaches to regional market needs while partnering with Global Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Market Access, Health Economics/Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Sales Education
• Ensure regional customer needs and values for each target segment are incorporated into product design, branding, evidence-based messaging, and marketing approaches
• Manage products across the lifecycle, from launch readiness and commercialization through growth, optimization, and device discontinuation
• Own development of evidence-based messaging, marketing materials, sales enablement resources, training content, customer education tools, and commercialization support that communicate the clinical, operational, and economic value of the portfolio
• Serve as the regional product portfolio expert by demonstrating product and procedural expertise, engaging with customers and field teams, capturing feedback, and translating insights into brand strategy, sales enablement, training, and education

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry focused on direct-to-healthcare professional marketing, product management, and/or other technical related experience
• Demonstrated success with owning a product life cycle including forecasting, pricing, launch planning, product and marketing plans, and meeting revenue targets
• Proven experience in creating new and adapting product marketing materials that align with the regional strategy and target customer needs
• Proven experience in utilizing data and other insights to drive decisions associated with product life cycle and marketing plans
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external communications with proficiencies in Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel, TEAMs
• Ability to work and interact effectively across all functions in the business unit: business leadership, sales, regulatory, legal, health economics and reimbursement and corporate accounts
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and communicate scientific or clinical publications and data

• MBA
• Knowledge of Cardiac therapies
• Direct experience with Electrophysiologists
• Experience with a Medical Device Quality System environment
