Product Change Managers

Stefanini Group is a global provider of outsourcing, IT consulting, systems integration, and staffing services. The Product Change Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of product commercialization and packaging change projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project plans, risks, budgets, and stage-gate governance to ensure timely, compliant launches.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory
• Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
• Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity
• Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization

Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries
• Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• An ownership mindset and proactive approach to solving problems
• Curiosity and collaboration - ready to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
• Ability to recognize dependencies and interconnections across functional deliverables
• A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality project outcomes
• PMP certificate is a plus
• MS Project knowledge is a plus
