AI Project Manager

CoreVia Staffing is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI-enabled initiatives across Marketing and Communications. The role manages cross-functional teams and delivery plans from scoping through implementation, adoption, and operational handoff while ensuring responsible AI governance, measurable outcomes, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project and portfolio plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and decision points
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, architecture, engineering, data, testing, security, vendors, and distributed delivery teams
• Establish clear accountability, track commitments, and drive timely delivery of agreed milestones
• Partner with Marketing Owners to define business problems, requirements, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and expected outcomes
• Manage critical dependencies involving data quality, platform integration, workflow simplification, architecture, and SME availability
• Drive responsible AI delivery through human-in-the-loop checkpoints and appropriate brand, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and governance controls
• Oversee pilots, proofs of concept, testing, release readiness, implementation, and operational handoff
• Lead adoption and change-management activities, including communications, training, champion engagement, feedback loops, and adoption measurement
• Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
• Facilitate gateway reviews and ensure decisions, assumptions, actions, and approvals are documented and traceable

Requirements:

• Significant experience leading complex technology, data, digital, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives from definition through implementation
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and changing requirements
• Strong project planning, dependency management, risk/issue management, status reporting, facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Experience working with business owners, technical delivery teams, architecture, data teams, vendors, and SMEs
• Practical understanding of AI delivery concepts, including data quality, integrations, experimentation, solution validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI governance
• Experience defining KPIs, acceptance criteria, benefits measures, and adoption plans
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and create structure in ambiguous environments
• Comfortable collaborating across U.S. and Ireland time zones
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable project/product delivery certification
