Roofing Project Manager/ Estimator

Southeastern Roofing Logistics provides commercial roof coating, repair, and replacement services across the Southeastern U.S. The Roofing Project Manager/Estimator oversees roofing projects from initial inquiry through completion, including assessments, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, client coordination, progress monitoring, documentation, and business development support.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing roofing projects from initial inquiry through completion
• Reviewing project requirements
• Conducting virtual or on-site assessments
• Preparing accurate estimates for coating, repair, and replacement
• Managing project schedules and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and field teams to ensure materials, labor, and logistics are aligned with project timelines and budgets
• Monitoring project progress
• Addressing issues or changes
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Maintaining clear documentation and communication
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, responding to inquiries, and helping maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of roofing systems and Working at Height best practices
• Knowledge of waterproofing methods, materials, and installation standards
• Experience estimating roofing projects, including labor, materials, and logistics for commercial and residential work
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with project management tools, estimating software, and basic office applications
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and field teams
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements for roofing and construction work
• Prior experience in roofing or construction project management is MANDATORY
• High school diploma required
• FL NOA knowledge a plus
• additional technical training or certification in construction or roofing is a plus
