Project Manager (Fellowship)

Intuitive Solutions is a social enterprise focused on designing innovative models that advance social good and strengthen nonprofit capacity. The National Elections Project Manager will coordinate national civic engagement efforts, voter engagement platforms, GOTV activities, outreach schedules, chapter support, surveys, and election data operations through the 2026 election cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Support the relaunch and ongoing management of the Muslims.Vote platform
• Coordinate the integration and ongoing use of TurboVote
• Help ensure digital voter engagement platforms are accurate, accessible, and operational
• Build and maintain national timelines for voter engagement and mobilization activities
• Coordinate voter texting campaigns and outreach schedules
• Manage timelines for digital advertising and short-form video PSA releases
• Coordinate state-specific Ballot Guide Sheet distribution and translation workflows
• Serve as a central point of coordination between national election initiatives and local chapters
• Distribute voter engagement resources and materials to chapters
• Track state-level voter inquiries and coordinate timely responses
• Support chapters with mosque-based voter registration initiatives
• Help coordinate responses to Election Day issues
• Coordinate logistics for pre-election surveys and polls
• Support Super Tuesday, fall tracking, and Election Night exit polling operations
• Track survey timelines, data collection, and deliverables
• Help organize and synthesize incoming survey data
• Support post-election reporting and impact tracking
• Maintain clear communication and coordination across teams, chapters, and partners
• Handle voter data, internal communications, and organizational information with discretion and professionalism
• Keep projects, communications, and deliverables organized and moving forward during the active election cycle

Requirements:

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in civic engagement, campaign management, grassroots organizing, nonprofit project management, or related work
• Strong project management and campaign execution skills
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, teams, or chapters
• Understanding of grassroots civic engagement and GOTV operations
• Experience with surveys, data collection, or reporting
• Strong written and digital communication skills
• Comfortable working with digital voter engagement platforms, voter databases, texting platforms, project management systems, and survey software
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines at the same time
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of projects
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams and multiple stakeholders
• Must be based in the DMV area (Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Northern Virginia)
