Why is this position open: New position to manage a software implementation in the PMO Division.

Work Location: Hybrid. Onsite expectations depend upon project needs and can be expected to range between once per month and once per quarter with little notice.
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.

Work Mode (Hybrid, Onsite, Remote): Hybrid, onsite presence is based on project needs and can be anticipated to be between once per month and once per quarter.

Required Skills (Rank in order of Importance):

15+ Years of Experience with Project Management
10+ Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects
10+ Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems
8+ Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards
10+ Years of Experience with Change Management

Preferred Skills (Rank in order of Importance):

- Experience with Public Health Software Implementations

Additional Skills:

- Experience with working around multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication

Required Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration

Required Certifications:

PMP or CSM

Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+

Enterprise Project Manager - Must have 10+ years working with State or Federal govt clients MUST
