Project Manager-I

Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Project Manager-I to support its team in managing non-technical projects. The role oversees project teams, documents and meets requirements and objectives, coordinates with management, and supports activities across the development life cycle, including feasibility, requirements analysis, ROI, business planning, design testing, and implementation planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage non-technical projects, ensuring the delivery of specified requirements within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost
• Oversee one or more projects, coordinating and directing the activities of project team members
• Ensure all project requirements and objectives are documented and met
• Regular interaction with management
• Resource allocation
• All phases of the development life cycle, including feasibility study, requirements analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
