Power Systems Studies Engineer - Data Centers

Olsson is an engineering and design firm focused on developing solutions that improve the world around us. The Senior Electrical Engineer will support mission-critical data center projects by performing electrical engineering, power systems studies, design calculations, technical reporting, and project coordination with teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will work directly with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients
• You will serve as an electrical engineer on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents
• Experience in performing short circuit analysis and producing arc flash studies is required
• You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients
• You may travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 8+ years or related electrical engineering experience
• Experience with Short Circuit Coordination and Arc Flash Study (SCCAF)
• Registered professional engineer (PE) required
• SKM and ETAP software experience is preferred
