Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives by managing project activities, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, maintaining documentation and metrics, and identifying delivery risks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for a variety of strategic initiatives
• Partner with departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track to track project milestones and remove delivery blockers
• Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain team momentum and clarity
• Create and manage project documentation, including status reports and updates for stakeholders and ELT sponsors
• Maintain project health metrics and identify and communicate potential issues or delays impacting the project
• Support resource allocation planning and monitor project capacity across workstreams
• Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture key lessons learned for future initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-3  years project management, project coordination, or related support role
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required
• Experience with MS Office / Google Suite
• Strong organizational,  time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), introductory Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I), or other Project Management certifications preferred
