New Grad - Onsite Project Manager

Symbotic is an automation technology company developing AI-powered robotic and software solutions for warehouse and supply chain operations. The New Grad - Onsite Project Manager supports large-scale warehouse automation and robotics deployments by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables and risks, supporting site readiness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of large-scale customer deployment projects
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and project milestones
• Track project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies
• Participate in internal and customer meetings, capturing key decisions and communicating follow-up actions
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Coordinate activities across engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and operations teams
• Support site readiness efforts, including logistics planning, resource coordination, and execution tracking
• Analyze project data and metrics to support project planning and decision-making
• Help drive accountability and communication across project stakeholders
• Develop the skills and experience necessary to take ownership of increasingly complex project responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Internship, co-op, academic project, leadership, or relevant work experience demonstrating project coordination, problem-solving, or operational execution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
• Interest in building a career in project management, operations, construction, robotics, automation, or large-scale system deployment
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% and work on customer sites
• Remote, travel-based position with up to 75% travel. Candidates must be located within the Eastern or Central time zones
• Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to customer and company locations
• Frequently required to walk, climb, balance, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• May be required to work at heights and in restricted-access areas
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms is a plus
