Product Manager

Conexiant is seeking a Product Manager to expand its reach with strategic partners and support the growth of its healthcare product suite. The role manages product strategy and execution across specialty portfolios, partnership-driven initiatives, deal desk activities, and end-to-end product lifecycle and launch management.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Execution - Define and execute product strategies across Conexiant’s specialty portfolio, including but not limited to Vision, Dental, Oncology, and other emerging markets. Translate organizational goals, partner needs, audience insights, and commercial opportunities into clear product plans and priorities
• Partnership Support & Growth - Collaborate closely with Society Management and other internal stakeholders to support the expansion of Conexiant’s strategic partner network. Lead the product development and implementation of partnership-driven initiatives from initial concept and requirements through launch and ongoing optimization
• Deal Desk Management - Manage the Product function within the Deal Desk, partnering with Sales and other stakeholders to develop pricing, packaging, product configurations, audience solutions, and custom programs. Evaluate opportunities for feasibility, scalability, profitability, and alignment with existing product strategy
• Cross-Specialty Oversight - Oversee products and programs across a diverse portfolio of clinical specialties, balancing common platform capabilities with the unique needs of individual markets, audiences, publications, and society partners. Identify opportunities to standardize and scale successful offerings across specialties
• Market & Product Development - Monitor healthcare media, HCP engagement, digital publishing, AI, competitive offerings, and market trends to identify opportunities for new products, enhancements, partnerships, and revenue streams. Translate findings into actionable product recommendations and business opportunities
• Product Lifecycle & Launch Management - Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new and existing products, including requirements gathering, business cases, product briefs, development coordination, launch planning, stakeholder readiness, performance evaluation, and ongoing optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within healthcare, medical publishing, or hospital systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple products, programs, or specialty portfolios simultaneously, from initial concept and requirements through launch and ongoing optimization
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Editorial, Engineering, Operations, Audience Development, and/or Account Management
