Position: Workday Architect Location: Remote

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Workday Architect to design and develop complex Workday integrations with enterprise AI/Agentic AI solutions, supporting HR and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations with AI/enterprise applications.
• Integrate Workday HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation modules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Lead solutions from architecture and development through testing and deployment.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Extensive Workday integration and middleware experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Performance, and Compensation.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and enterprise AI integrations.
• Strong architecture, troubleshooting, and solution design skills.

Key Deliverable:
Lead end-to-end design and development of Workday integrations with AI tools to enhance digital employee journeys.
