Oracle Utilities Technical Consultant-Remote

• Development and support of Oracle RMB/CC&B implementation including upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop server-side solutions on the Oracle RMB platform to support the next generation Delta Dental Direct-to-Consumer products.
• Provide technical solution expertise and platform the technical design, development, and testing for Oracle RMB.
• Provide technical testing guidelines and support IT technical and functional testing efforts with testers and business counterparts.
• Set Design and Development Guidelines for the team across and end-to-end, engage with team on best practices for software design and development; perform Design and Code-review.
• Expertise on 4GL, Groovey, Java, MicroServices, Oracle.
• Hands on experience in writing Algorithms, Batch jobs, Services, HTML, User exits.
• Work independently in an environment understanding the complete infrastructure and technology dependencies.

The ideal candidate would be a Senior Oracle Utilities/CC&B Technical Consultant or Technical Lead with hands-on RMB/CC&B development, particularly 4GL, Groovy, Java, batch processing, services, user exits, and Oracle. Experience with implementation, upgrades, production support, technical design, testing, and code/design reviews is important.
