Marketing Account Manager

TribalVision is a digital marketing agency specializing in demand generation, lead generation, PPC, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, and branding. The Marketing Account Manager will manage client relationships, coordinate integrated digital marketing programs, lead account growth and retention efforts, and oversee project delivery across internal marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for assigned clients and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and ongoing communications
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, customers, industry, and marketing objectives
• Proactively communicate progress, challenges, recommendations, and next steps
• Identify potential client concerns or relationship risks early and work with senior Client Services leadership to address them
• Balance client needs with agency resources, scope, timelines, and business objectives
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships based on evolving business and marketing needs
• Develop a strong understanding of TribalVision's digital marketing capabilities and connect clients with relevant agency expertise
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and partner with senior leadership on recommendations, proposals, and expanded scopes of work
• Support client renewals and ongoing account planning
• Help drive retention by consistently demonstrating value and anticipating client needs
• Serve as the primary internal owner for assigned accounts, ensuring teams understand client objectives, priorities, expectations, and deadlines
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, content, paid media, SEO, social, marketing technology, and other internal specialists
• Establish clear priorities, action items, owners, and deadlines following client and internal meetings
• Keep marketing programs and deliverables moving according to agreed-upon timelines and proactively address roadblocks
• Review client-facing deliverables for quality, strategic alignment, and readiness before delivery
• Manage multiple accounts, projects, deadlines, and internal workstreams simultaneously
• Maintain accurate project and task information within Asana and other agency systems

Requirements:

• • 3-5 years of Account Management experience, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency
• • Experience independently managing client relationships across multiple marketing programs or workstreamsand serving as a primary day-to-day client contact
• • Strong understanding of digital marketing and experience working across multiple marketing channels or programs
• • Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

• This is a remote role, with candidates required to be located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut
• Client Services team members may occasionally need to come into the office or attend client meetings, so we are looking for someone who is local enough to participate in occasional face-to-face meetings when needed
• Travel is expected to be limited
• • Experience with account growth, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, or other commercial account responsibilities is a plus
