Project Manager Learning and Performance

EVERSANA provides commercialization services and solutions to the life sciences industry. The Project Manager leads assigned projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, deliverables, timelines, communications, reporting, risks, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating workflow of assigned projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion
• Proactively coordinating with cross-functional discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to the highest quality standards established by leadership
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Anticipating project needs and drive creative, collaborative problem solving
• Participating in medical-legal-regulatory review meetings, as required
• Developing, monitoring, and implementing project timelines, revising as needed to ensure key milestones are met
• Effectively communicating project status (both formally and informally) to clients and internal teams
• Tracking and reporting project metrics and provide recommendations to management
• Resolving and/or escalating potential project risks to the project team and team leaders in a timely fashion
• Managing client satisfaction period throughout duration of project and client partnership, inclusive of facilitating / participating in post project evaluation
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process, system and/or materials to the client
• Actively participating in ongoing efforts to improve project and process efficiencies, including but not limited to using AI and AI integration tools
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• • Proven experience in project management leading cross-functional teams
• • Ability to support project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
• • Experience in preserving through all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• • High personal standards in all aspects of work (quality and attention to detail)
• • Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and professionally
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Experience and/or Training 5 years of experience in Project Management or related experience
• Licenses/Certificates None
• Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite
• Travel Minimal overnight travel, may work on site or remote locations
• Hours 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
• • Education: Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
