Data Analyst

TeamBuilderz LLC is a fast-growing IT staffing and recruitment company focused on connecting professionals with organizations across the United States. The Entry-Level Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data, create reports and visualizations, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Analyze business data and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams
• Document processes and maintain data records and pipelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Understanding of data analysis concepts
• Familiarity with databases and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Pandas, or NumPy
• Exposure to SQL databases and reporting tools
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques
• Internship or project experience in data analytics
