Overview

Client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the modernization of its commercial reporting platform. The organization recently completed a transition from Looker-based reporting to Power BI and is now moving into the next phase of the initiative: rebuilding key customer-facing Power BI reporting experiences as Azure Web Applications.

These applications deliver operational and business insights to hospital executives and other external customers. The role will work closely with multiple business and technical stakeholders within a shared management structure to help move reporting capabilities into a new cloud-based application ecosystem.

This is a true full stack development role with a stronger emphasis on front-end/UI development due to the reporting and dashboard-focused nature of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing Azure web applications that replace existing Power BI reporting experiences.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical partners to translate reporting requirements into scalable application solutions.
• Support migration of reporting functionality into the organization's Azure-based ecosystem.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and best practices around cloud development, scalability, and AI adoption.
• Leverage AI-driven development tools and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and innovation.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong full stack development experience.
• Backend development expertise with C#/.NET.
• Front-end development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience building and deploying applications in Azure Web Apps.
• Experience developing modern web-based reporting or dashboard solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools and embracing AI-driven development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Power BI reporting environments.
• Background modernizing or migrating reporting platforms into cloud applications.
• Experience supporting external customer-facing applications.
• Exposure to healthcare, hospital, or operational analytics environments.
