Manager, Product Manager- Global Payment Network

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Management to support its Global Payment Network Product team. The role focuses on improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences by evaluating processes, identifying improvements, and implementing technology-enabled solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for improving the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across our platforms
• This includes working with teams across the organization to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that support business goals and meet customer needs
• You may work across product areas such as Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market, using data, technology, and collaboration to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly payment products

Requirements:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
