Vice President of Product Management

Aznio is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead product strategy and product management across the organization. The role is responsible for roadmap development, prioritization, product lifecycle management, performance measurement, cross-functional execution, and building a scalable product management organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall product management function, including product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, requirements, lifecycle management, and product performance
• Develop and maintain a product strategy aligned with organizational objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and long-term business priorities
• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic goals into clear product priorities, initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
• Establish standardized product management processes, frameworks, documentation standards, and decision-making practices across the organization
• Own the product roadmap and ensure that product initiatives are appropriately prioritized based on business impact, customer value, resources, dependencies, and execution requirements
• Conduct market, customer, competitive, and business analysis to identify product opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with Technology and Engineering to translate product requirements into practical development plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements account for operational, regulatory, governance, and risk considerations
• Establish clear product requirements, business cases, success criteria, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks for major product initiatives
• Oversee product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, launch planning, adoption measurement, and product lifecycle management
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to incorporate customer feedback, market intelligence, commercial priorities, and go-to-market requirements into product planning
• Establish structured processes for collecting, evaluating, prioritizing, and incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback
• Monitor product performance, adoption, customer engagement, operational impact, and business outcomes and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
• Evaluate product economics, resource requirements, development priorities, and expected business impact to support informed investment decisions
• Identify product risks, dependencies, execution constraints, and opportunities and coordinate appropriate mitigation or improvement plans
• Support the evaluation and development of new products, features, services, partnerships, integrations, and strategic product initiatives
• Establish product governance standards covering prioritization, approvals, documentation, lifecycle decisions, and cross-functional accountability
• Improve product management tools, workflows, analytics, documentation, and operating processes to support organizational growth
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization as product and business requirements expand
• Maintain a high standard of customer focus, analytical rigor, commercial judgment, accountability, communication, and execution discipline across the product organization

Requirements:

• 20+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, product development, technology, business strategy, or a related field
• Significant leadership experience managing product managers, product teams, or complex product portfolios at a senior level
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and product management processes
• Strong understanding of product discovery, requirements management, product lifecycle management, customer research, prioritization, and product performance measurement
• Proven ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product strategies and actionable roadmaps
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to evaluate product opportunities, business cases, market conditions, and expected outcomes
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Technology, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Strong understanding of product KPIs, customer metrics, business performance indicators, and product analytics
• Experience launching, scaling, improving, or managing products throughout different stages of the product lifecycle
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and executive decision-support skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing product management professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required
• This position is based in the United States
• Travel may be required as needed for leadership meetings, product planning sessions, customer discussions, partner meetings, strategic planning, industry events, and team activities
• MBA or other advanced credentials are strongly preferred
• Experience in financial services, fintech, technology, payments, trading, SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex technology-driven environments is a plus
