Data & AI Solutions Engineer

The AI Solutions Engineer will design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences, bridging data science, software engineering, and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions that enhance business operations and customer experiences

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading the build and implementation of enterprise-level AI and automation initiatives
• Strong skills in building and deploying AI and machine learning models
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure tools (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, AI Studio, Copilot, Microsoft Fabric)
• Shown success collaborating with multi-functional teams—application development, IT infrastructure, data engineering, and business partners
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and responsible AI practices
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop data pipelines with data engineering teams
• Understanding of cloud systems, APIs, and system integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development or implementing AI-driven solutions preferred. Work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
