Enterprise Business Development Executive (United States)

Remote Scouts provides staffing, staff augmentation, and BPO services. The Enterprise Business Development Executive will acquire and close new enterprise clients, manage the full B2B sales cycle, develop strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across healthcare, legal, ARM/collections, and financial/insurance industries.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients (15+ seats) for staffing, staff augmentation, and BPO solutions
• Own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, cold calling, discovery meetings, solution presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and client onboarding
• Utilize AI-powered prospecting and sales intelligence tools to identify hiring signals, build target account lists, and generate qualified opportunities
• Represent Remote Scouts at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to generate enterprise pipeline and strengthen market presence
• Develop and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing structures, and service proposals
• Position Remote Scouts' solutions around quality, compliance, scalability, and skills-based hiring rather than price or speed alone
• Educate prospective clients on offshore, nearshore, dedicated-team, and staff augmentation delivery models
• Collaborate closely with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling additional service offerings
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reporting metrics
• Stay informed on industry trends, labor market shifts, competitive landscapes, and M&A activity impacting target industries

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of B2B sales or business development experience within staffing, staff augmentation, BPO, RPO, or workforce solutions
• Proven track record of generating net-new business and closing enterprise-level accounts
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and onboarding
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Experience selling services to U.S.-based organizations
• Familiarity with offshore, nearshore, dedicated-team, and staff augmentation delivery models
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted sales and prospecting tools
• Strong presentation, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Must be based in the United States
