Product Manager

Iperium is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a growing B2B SaaS company. The role owns product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for a core platform area focused on asset data, integrations, and intelligence, while collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a core area of the platform
• Lead product direction across one to two engineering pods
• Manage priorities across customer requirements, technical investment and commercial objectives
• Work closely with engineering and design from discovery through delivery
• Define clear product requirements and PRDs
• Own product decisions around asset data, integrations, modelling and related platform capabilities
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation within the product
• Work with sales and customer success to understand customer needs and support strategic opportunities
• Define and track product performance using adoption, retention, revenue and customer data
• Make prioritisation decisions across new features, platform improvements and technical investment

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a B2B SaaS company
• Experience working in a compliance-heavy environment, actively adhering to state and federal laws where applicable
• Experience owning a product area and roadmap
• Experience working directly with engineering and design teams
• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritisation and delivery
• Experience with data-heavy products, platforms, integrations or APIs
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Commercial understanding of how product decisions affect adoption, retention and revenue
• Ability to translate customer and technical requirements into clear product priorities
• This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership over product strategy and delivery
• Experience with asset management, facilities management, workflow software, data platforms or AI-enabled products would be beneficial
