SAP Project Manger - Public Cloud | Remote | W2 Role

Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Remote (Travel up to 50%)
Duration: 6 months + possible ext

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing SAP programs across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution, with strong communication skills and the ability to partner with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation projects from planning through go-live.
• Manage geographically distributed teams, ensuring delivery across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Distribution.
• Establish governance, KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting to drive operational consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Direct quarterly SAP releases, escalations, and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across modules (TM, WM, MM, FICO, SD OTC).
• Oversee deployment readiness, cutover planning, risk management, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong background in SAP Activate Methodology, ITIL-based service delivery, and PMO governance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules: TM, WM, MM, FICO, SD OTC, and Service Management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
• Availability to lead projects with go-live between March September.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, distribution, or consumer products industries.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong leadership in building support organizations and managing executive-level reporting.
