AI/ML Solution Engineer (AI Agentic Security Testing)

EPAM Systems is a global AI transformation engineering and integrated consulting company. The AI/ML Solution Engineer will develop AI-agentic solutions, multi-agent systems, and security testing frameworks to identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities. The role also involves LLM fine-tuning, dataset management, collaboration with security teams, and scaling automated security testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows
• Develop robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines
• Perform LLM fine-tuning (utilizing LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques) specifically optimized for security domains
• Generate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing
• Execute security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions
• Collaborate closely with the internal security team to provide guidance and share best practices on AI-driven secure testing methodologies
• Stay up to date with the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies
• Contribute to the overall development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer
• Proficiency in Python
• Expertise in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
• Background in Vulnerability Management
• Understanding of AI-agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks
• Skills in LLM fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA
• Capability to design and manage large-scale datasets for automated security testing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
• Familiarity with Security Testing Methodologies
• Knowledge of Security Testing Tools
• Proficiency in Rust
