Job Description:

Experience Required:

4 10 Years (Minimum 3+ years in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and development.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Configure and customize HRSD modules, including:

HR Case Management, HR Services, HR Core, Employee Center / Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events / HR Journeys, HR Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, HR Service Catalog

• Develop and maintain:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • Script Includes
    • Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer / Workflow configurations, Notifications and approval workflows
• Build and configure HR services, record producers, catalog items, HR templates, HR tasks, and flows.
• Implement employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, employee changes, and other HR journey-related use cases.
• Configure HR security, user criteria, COEs, assignment rules, ACLs, and role-based access controls to protect sensitive employee data.
• Develop integrations with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory, Azure AD, or other HCM platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Work closely with HR functional consultants, architects, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support end-to-end SDLC activities including solution design, development, unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, performance issues, and integration failures.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, design specifications, and knowledge assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Mandatory implementation experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD modules including:

HR Case Management, HR Core, HR Services, Employee Center / Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events / HR Journeys, HR Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace

• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting framework.
• Experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Data Policies, and Notifications.
• Good understanding of HR service delivery processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server concepts.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Record Producers, HR Templates, HR Tasks, and assignment rules.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security model, scoped applications, user criteria, and access controls for HR data.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and defect resolution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in client-facing and global delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CAD Certified Application Developer
• Micro-Certification Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions
• Micro-Certification Human Resources Integrations
• Experience with Employee Center Pro
• Experience with HRSD integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HCM systems
• Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, Now Assist for HRSD, and ServiceNow Employee Experience capabilities
• Experience with Performance Analytics, dashboards, and HR reporting
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery methodology
• Exposure to Service Portal / UI Builder
• Understanding of ITIL and Enterprise Service Management concepts
