Technical Project Manager (Atlanta, GA, or other unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.).

Monument Consulting is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead business and technical initiatives. The role is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and risks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project schedules and risks, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of business and technical initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across departments
• Track project progress and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate project status, decisions, and escalations to stakeholders and leadership
• Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status meetings, and steering committee updates
• Ensure documentation is maintained, including project plans, action logs, RAID logs, and meeting notes
• Support business readiness, change management, testing, training, and implementation activities
• Ensure projects align with organizational priorities, standards, and governance processes
• Drive accountability for deliverables and follow-up actions across project teams
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and templates
• Telecommuting permitted

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• 24 months of experience as Business Analyst, Technology Analyst, or a similar position
• 24 months experience in Power BI, Managing Agile/Kanban project delivery activities, CI/CD processes, validation of data, and Snowflake
• 40 hrs./wk. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
