Sr. Project Manager

IK Power System Solutions, Inc. is a professional services company serving electric utility, engineering, and industrial sector clients. The Senior Project Manager oversees end-to-end execution of power system and related industrial projects, managing planning, schedules, resources, budgets, stakeholders, documentation, compliance, risks, and project reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees end-to-end project execution for power system and related industrial projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
• Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams; tracking and managing costs and schedule milestones; managing and updating project documentation; and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards and client processes
• Lead team activities to keep project tasks on schedule, while proactively addressing risks and resolving issues
• Reporting on project status and driving continuous improvement in project delivery

Requirements:

• 10 years demonstrated expertise in project management, including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder management skills. Equivalent experience may be considered
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Proficiency in team coordination and oversight, with a focus on safety, cost control and adherence to technical specifications
• Strong administrative management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and optimizing project execution plans
• Proven experience managing projects in the electric utility, industrial, or engineering sectors
• Advanced organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and risk management
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools; familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Ability to effectively work remotely and travel to client and project locations as needed
• PMP Preferred
