Senior Product Manager

Trase Systems develops AI solutions that help enterprise leaders deploy, manage, and optimize AI while reducing complexity and risk. The Senior Product Manager will define the vision and strategy for AI- and ML-driven products, own product roadmaps and specifications, and collaborate with customers, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and presales to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a robust strategy and vision for your areas based on a thorough analysis of customer needs and industry trends
• Craft and validate a comprehensive near and long-term product roadmap with key customers and stakeholders
• Partner with design teams to create user experiences and detailed specifications for your features
• Collaborate with engineering to drive the execution and delivery of features and products. Mitigate risks and ensure dependencies are managed effectively. Test and ensure the highest quality standards
• Share and promote our vision at conferences and with strategic customers and partners. Create compelling collateral, including presentations, whitepapers, and documents to showcase value
• Build strong relationships with customers to identify key use cases and product capabilities. Work with product marketing and sales leaders on go-to-market plans for new features and products
• Stay ahead of the competition by becoming the expert on market trends and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in the software industry in either development or product management roles
• Proven experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering, marketing, and UX
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical buyers to economic decision-makers
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
• Experience with AI and Healthcare is a plus
