Senior Product Manager

Quantified.ai is an AI sales coaching platform that helps regulated commercial teams improve performance through realistic AI roleplay, personalized guidance, and measurable skill development. The Senior Product Manager will own critical parts of the product lifecycle, champion AI-powered features, translate customer insights into priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own critical parts of Quantified’s platform end-end from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration
• Evaluate, prototype, and champion AI tools and techniques to design intelligent, data-driven features that enhance the customer experience while maintaining usability and trust
• Translate customer insights and market signals into actionable product priorities that align with company goals and measurable outcomes
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver features that drive adoption and engagement
• Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions
• Define clear success metrics and drive accountability for results across cross-functional teams
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision, ensuring the product remains innovative, reliable, and differentiated
• Stay curious and hands-on, experimenting with new technologies, AI tools, and design patterns that can enhance product capability or efficiency
• Comfortable operating without a fully built-out process, but creating the process for cross functional success

Requirements:

• • 6+ years of product management experience
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and iterate quickly in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• • Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
• • Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and trade-offs with engineers
• • Has personally shipped AI-powered features or products, not just used AI tools day-to-day
• • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to distill complex information for diverse audiences (executives, sales, customers, engineers)
• • Deep empathy for customers and a bias toward action and outcomes, not just process
• • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats at a small or early-stage company
