Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Creole Required)

Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County supports children, families, and community providers. The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for callers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing resource information, entering data, managing communications, and assisting providers.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries
• Providing general information on available community resources
• Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases
• Managing email communication and updating records
• Assisting providers with questions or requests

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English & Creole– Required (read, write, speak)
• High school diploma
• Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate)
• High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
• Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues
• Associate Degree preferred
