Project Manager – Early Detection Platform

HALO Precision Diagnostics is expanding its Early Detection Platform through new programs and services across imaging centers and healthcare partner sites. The Project Manager will lead healthcare partner implementations from planning through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing launch timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring operational readiness across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end implementation and go-live timelines for new Early Detection Platform partner sites
• Coordinate simultaneous launches across multiple healthcare and imaging center locations
• Lead recurring launch meetings with internal teams and external healthcare partners
• Build and manage detailed implementation plans covering operational readiness, technology, clinical workflows, staffing, training, materials, and launch dependencies
• Establish clear milestones, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and go-live requirements for each site
• Monitor site readiness and ensure critical launch requirements are completed before go-live
• Present launch status, upcoming milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and key stakeholders
• Identify potential delays or operational barriers early and drive issues through resolution
• Maintain strong communication with partner organizations throughout implementation and launch
• You will serve as the central project lead connecting:
• You will ensure every workstream understands what needs to happen, who owns it, and when it must be completed
• Own and maintain HALO's Monday.com launch management infrastructure
• Build and manage project plans, dashboards, Gantt charts, dependency views, risk logs, and stakeholder-specific reporting
• Develop workflows and automations that improve accountability and visibility
• Create scalable project-management processes capable of supporting 10–20+ concurrent or monthly site rollouts
• Maintain accurate launch documentation and project resources in SharePoint
• Partner with operational leadership to conduct post-launch reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
• Translate lessons learned into stronger launch processes, templates, SOPs, and workflows
• Improve launch-readiness checklists and standardize implementation processes across partner sites
• Reinforce follow-up cadence, communication expectations, and task ownership
• Help build a repeatable launch model that allows HALO to scale rapidly while maintaining operational and patient-care standards

Requirements:

• PMP Certification — required
• 2–3+ years of project management or implementation experience
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through implementation/go-live
• Strong project planning, dependency management, risk identification, and mitigation skills
• Ability to manage multiple launches or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading cross-functional project meetings and holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
• Strong presentation and status-reporting skills
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar systems
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint

• Location: Remote — West Coast preferred; Southern California ideal
