Senior Software Engineer

Toast is a restaurant technology company building an integrated platform that helps restaurants manage their businesses and guest experiences. The Senior Software Engineer, Consumer will design and implement scalable solutions for the Toast Tables reservations platform, improve performance and usability, and collaborate with Design and Product stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in using Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages
• Proficient with modern API standards and technologies (e.g. REST, GraphQL)
• Proficient with relational databases and alternative data stores
• Familiarity with React and front-end development a strong plus
