UX / Product Designer (1099)

BOL Agency is a user experience design and creative agency serving business-to-business technology companies, specializing in UX design and inbound marketing. The UX / Product Designer will translate user stories into high-fidelity prototypes, design scalable interfaces and systems in Figma, collaborate with engineers and clients, and conduct user interviews while driving projects from requirements through developer handoff.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user stories and user journeys into high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Design and prototype user interfaces with a focus on high quality and scalability
• Implement design systems in Figma
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, impactful, cross-functional team
• Work directly with clients to review UX prototypes
• Conduct user interviews

Requirements:

• • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• • A willingness to accept failure and feedback, learn, and try again
• • Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through developer hand-off
• • Ability to communicate with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software features, and technical designs
• • Interest in modern UX practices
• • Good understanding of software best practices
• • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• • Experience using AI tools for product discovery and prototyping is a plus
