Business Systems Analyst Consultant - AI - Bots, Remote

We have an immediate need for an experienced Business Systems Analyst Consultant with strong expertise in CRM, Contact Center, Telephony, Conversational AI/Bots, and enterprise CX transformation to own requirements end-to-end across business, operations, technology, and client stakeholders.

This is a remote position for a candidate with deep experience in Contact Center, CRM, Telephony, AI-enabled customer engagement solutions, API/middleware integrations, requirements traceability, process flows, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and UAT leadership. Experience with CCaaS and omnichannel platforms such as Kore.ai, NICE CXone, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9, or similar technologies is highly preferred.
