Flooring Sales Representative & Business Development Coordinator

Monolyth USA, the U.S. sales and marketing company representing Porfloor, is seeking an experienced Flooring Sales Representative & Business Development Coordinator. The role focuses on developing B2B sales of premium SPC flooring and SPC wall panels across New York, New Jersey, and the Eastern United States, while managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, product presentations, and coordination with Porfloor’s export team in Türkiye.

Responsibilities:

• Generate container-based B2B sales for SPC flooring and SPC wall panels
• Identify customers capable of purchasing full-container quantities directly from Türkiye
• Prospect through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and existing industry relationships
• Arrange online and face-to-face meetings with prospective customers
• Visit customers, present products, deliver samples, and explain technical and commercial advantages
• Build long-term wholesale, distribution, installation, and project-sales channels
• Manage leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales pipelines through CRM software
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert qualified opportunities into confirmed orders
• Coordinate samples, quotations, orders, production, export, logistics, and shipment requirements with Porfloor’s team in Türkiye
• Provide regular reports on customer activity, market developments, and sales progress

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in flooring, wall panels, building materials, or construction products
• Strong existing network among flooring distributors, wholesalers, installers, contractors, or construction companies
• Demonstrated success in B2B, outside, territory, or project sales
• Knowledge of SPC flooring, wall panels, and related interior-finishing products
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Experience using CRM and remote communication tools
• Practical knowledge of international trade, logistics, U.S. import processes, or customs clearance is preferred
