Customer Service Specialist

Hearst Autos, a Hearst Magazines division, is an automotive media organization that includes Bring a Trailer, an online auction community for classic, collector, and enthusiast vehicles. The Weekend Customer Service Specialist will support buyers and sellers by resolving inquiries, improving communication processes, monitoring customer interactions, and escalating issues to the auction team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers by responding to inquiries and creating processes to streamline communication
• Monitor a busy inbox and resolve customer issues via email and phone with sensitivity and timeliness
• Escalate any potential problems or feedback from customers to the auction team
