Senior Product Marketing Manager

Xpansiv is an infrastructure provider for energy transition markets, offering registries, marketplaces, market execution services, wholesale power solutions, and market data for energy and environmental commodities. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead positioning, messaging, content development, go-to-market planning, market intelligence, demand generation support, and sales enablement for a portfolio of energy and environmental commodity products.

Responsibilities:

• Positioning and Messaging: Develop and evolve the strategic messaging that brings your products to life; you will shape and inspire the market’s perception of our value
• Product Launch and Lifecycle Success: Guide end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle; you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Content Development: Understand your customers and their buying process, and develop compelling content and experiences that drive customer action; you will apply your love of writing, storytelling, and evangelizing
• Market Intelligence: Build intelligence on market trends and competitive offerings, and enhance our positioning and products; your strategic insights will boost our growth
• Pipeline Building: Provide strategic input and support for demand generation and growth marketing programs; your revenue orientation will help propel us forward
• Sales Enablement: Educate the sales team on our market, value proposition, and product capabilities and develop associated sales tools; you will celebrate our sales success because you’ll be an integral part of that success

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of product marketing experience in B2B technology or energy/power businesses
• Electricity or environmental commodities industry experience
• Robust use of modern technology including AI tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your work
• You are customer obsessed and excel at deeply understanding your customer
• You are a natural communicator with outstanding written and oral communications skills
• You possess excellent inter-personal skills and successfully build relationships with distributed colleagues and third parties
• Your business acumen and ability to think strategically are strong, enabling you to contribute to a wide range of executive level discussions
