Customer Service Specialist

Hearst Autos, through its Bring a Trailer business, connects automotive buyers, sellers, enthusiasts, and marketers through automotive media and auctions. The Weekend Customer Service Specialist will support BaT users by providing responsive customer service, resolving issues through email and phone, streamlining communication processes, and escalating feedback to the auction team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers by responding to inquiries and creating processes to streamline communication
• Monitor a busy inbox and resolve customer issues via email and phone with sensitivity and timeliness
• Escalate any potential problems or feedback from customers to the auction team
