Associate Assessment Content Project Manager

McGraw Hill develops learning solutions that support learners and educators through digital education products. The Associate Assessment Content Project Manager will manage the production and delivery of digital assessment content through the Connect learning platform, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and quality of deliverables
• Collaborate with program managers and product teams to implement course and program goals and objectives throughout product delivery
• Evaluate sample work during development and perform technical reviews for production compliance, including rights, permissions, and accessibility
• Communicate with stakeholders, maintain accurate data across systems, and provide clear reporting on project status
• Ensure products are delivered to market within scope, on time, and on budget while meeting established quality and accessibility requirements
• Develop documentation and provide training and technical support to authors, subject matter experts, and global partners, while contributing to strategic initiatives, process improvements, and pilots of new digital content-creation tools

Requirements:

• This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States
• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of project management experience, ideally in digital content production
• Proven agility and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, including experience providing training and technical support
• Strong organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to technical challenges
• Strong technical aptitude and adaptability, with the ability to learn and use proprietary digital content tools
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, HTML, and AWS Cloud is a plus
