Data Analyst II

ITA International is a tech-enabled professional services company leveraging data analytics and technology to deliver mission-focused solutions. The Data Analyst II will collect, analyze, and interpret data, develop reports and visualizations, standardize datasets, and provide recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and collect key performance data from various data sources
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and assess program effectiveness
• Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Standardize data sets and structures for ease of access and manipulation
• Provide recommendations to enhance data collection processes and analysis methodologies
• Collaborate closely with team members to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, or R)
• Experience with data manipulation and transformation processes
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and analysis
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance
• Background in working with large datasets
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing
• Familiarity with AGILE development
• Understanding of industry-specific metrics and performance indicators
