Remote Project Manage

GiftHim is seeking a Remote Project Manager to coordinate and oversee content curation, website updates, and campaign execution. The role manages timelines, deliverables, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, stakeholder reporting, and workflow improvements while supporting site features and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning and coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and basic project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written updates and structured status reporting
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or content-driven websites; familiarity with online gifting or consumer products is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications) or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in project management, operations, or coordinating digital content and marketing projects is preferred
