Software Engineer II (Salesforce)

The Software Engineer II will support the Enterprise CRM Platform by optimizing the email channel, delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with engineering teams and enterprise stakeholders while maintaining compliance and managing risk.

Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or Developer) is required
• Planning, problem solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude – ability to collaborate with stakeholders and IT partners
• Remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC)

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preference in a computer science, technology, or engineering field)
• Salesforce development (Apex/Lightning)
• Salesforce Email Management
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA…), and delivery through proven practices
• Experience working in a shared Salesforce environment
