SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Functional SME (Hybrid Onsite)

Job Description:

The Design to Build – Supply Chain & Manufacturing Functional SME will lead and design integrated supply chain processes while serving as a functional subject matter expert. The role will provide business process expertise across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehouse, maintenance, and finance-related processes.

The SME will work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Business Leaders, and project teams to evaluate current processes, define future-state solutions, validate requirements, and support implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the business process expert for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, or Finance processes.

• Provide detailed knowledge of current business processes, requirements, pain points, and operational challenges.

• Participate in process design workshops and evaluate SAP Best Practices.

• Review and validate business requirements, functional designs, configuration decisions, and process flows.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Business Leaders, and project teams.

• Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions aligned with standard SAP capabilities.

• Support integrated end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process design.

• Assist with data cleansing and data validation activities.

• Support testing, defect resolution, UAT, and business process validation.

• Assist with change management, business readiness, and training development.

• Support process documentation and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders.

• Contribute to implementation readiness and successful adoption of future-state processes.

Skill Requirements

S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.

5+ years of expertise in PP, MM, EWM, QM, PM, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, and SAP Business Network.

Manufacturing industry experience with strong end-to-end process knowledge.

Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
