Director of Project Management

Think9 Founders Fund operates under Think9 Capital Trust and focuses on early-stage and growth investments in innovative ventures. The Director of Project Management will oversee strategic programs and key projects across investment and operational activities, leading planning, execution, governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing strategic programs and key projects across the fund’s investment and operational activities
• Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with fund objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Defining project scopes, establishing milestones, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and managing risks and dependencies
• Developing and refining processes for project governance, reporting, and performance measurement
• Guiding project teams and maintaining clear communication with senior leadership
• Continuous improvement of project management practices, resource planning, and supporting decision-making with structured updates and documentation

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to plan, track, and optimize financial and resource allocations across projects
• Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, and build collaborative working environments
• Candidates should possess Process Improvement skills to design, refine, and implement efficient workflows and governance frameworks
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with proficiency in modern project management tools and collaboration platforms
• Relevant experience in fund management, financial services, consulting, or technology-driven organizations is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are an advantage
