Job Description:

We are seeking a Healthcare Financial Decision Support Analyst with strong analytical and reporting skills to support financial decision-making across healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have experience analyzing financial, clinical, and operational data and creating actionable dashboards and reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong experience with Tableau for developing dashboards and visualizations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas, lookups, and financial analysis.
• Experience with healthcare financial data, including revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, financial reporting, and decision support.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights to business and finance stakeholders.
• Experience creating recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with hospital, health system, or provider financial analytics.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle, patient billing, claims, reimbursements, and cost analysis.
• Experience with healthcare data platforms or EHR systems such as Epic.
