Sr. System Engineer - eufy B2B Security Solutions

Anker Innovations is a global developer of smart charging, home, car, and mobile products, including eufy Security. The Senior System Engineer will support the growth of eufy Security’s B2B business across North America by designing integrations, enabling sales and customers, coordinating with HQ engineering, and resolving critical technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Integration Design — Design end-to-end integration solutions for key accounts, producing solution diagrams, network and system architectures, and integration project plans with detail down to API and CGI command level for cameras, HUBs, sensors, NVRs, and the Eufy app/alarm platform
• Key Account Technical Ownership — Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts; own technical delivery end-to-end, manage integration projects from scoping to deployment, and drive customer acceptance
• Ecosystem & 3rd-Party Integrations — Scope, validate, and deliver integrations with 3rd-party ecosystem partners — including compatibility testing, certification, and documented diagram and APIs
• Technical Pre-Sales Enablement — Support the RSM and NA sales team with technical qualifications: remote and in-person demos, PoC/pilot builds, RFP/RFI technical responses, and tradeshow setup
• Internal Technical Liaison — Bridge HQ PM, engineering, and tech support with the NA sales team: procure and qualify the latest samples and test firmware, ensure sales is always demo-ready, and route technical feedback back to product
• Escalation & Tiered Support — Act as the rooftop escalation point for all NA sales and customer critical issues; work with the overseas support team on tiered support and drive system-level urgency to resolution
• Enablement & Training — Build and deliver technical training and collateral for NA sales and key customer support teams; streamline technical documentation, integration guides, and FAQs
• VoC & Technical Roadmap Input — Capture technical insights from the field and feed them into HQ product and engineering to shape roadmap, product fit, and integration priorities

Requirements:

• • Technical Experience — 10+ years in system engineering, solutions/pre-sales engineering, or integration engineering in physical security, IoT, home automation, or a related industry
• • Integration Depth — Hands-on with API, SDK, and protocol-level integration (HTTP/REST, CGI commands, ONVIF, cloud-to-cloud); proven ability to design and document end-to-end solution architecture
• • Ecosystem Knowledge — Familiarity with smart home and alarm ecosystems (Control4, Z-Wave/Zigbee/Matter, thermostats, garage door openers, 3rd-party cloud APIs)
• • Technical Pre-Sales — Experience delivering demos, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses; comfortable in customer-facing technical roles
• • Escalation & Support — Experience managing tiered technical support and acting as L2/L3 escalation for critical customer issues; sense of urgency and system-level ownership
• • Project Management — Ability to scope and manage integration projects across customers and internal teams
• • Technical Communication — Excellent technical communication — able to translate between customers, sales, and HQ engineering; strong documentation and training skills
• • Education — Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• • Travel & Field Presence — Willingness and ability to travel ~20% for customer integration work, key account visits, and tradeshows
