Software Engineer III

The Software Engineer III designs and develops complex software systems, drives architectural and technical strategy, mentors engineers, and ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions from design through delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex software components and systems
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards
• Partner with product management and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance and scalability
• Participate in a highly compliant environment while assisting to maintain company controls and security within your job role
• Assist in maintaining applicable organizational security and compliance controls within your department, role, and subordinate's roles
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles
• Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
